Email Delivery Configuration
Email Delivery Configuration
Email configuration is used to deliver logs for you. It consists of two parts: “Send To” and “Send From”, the former receives the logs report and the latter sends them.

In general, you can use any email as your “Send To” box, but the Hotmail is not recommended. So far as “Send From” box, some mails are unsuitable here according to our test time and again, so we suggest you to use the AOL mail as your “Send From” box.
Send To Configuration
Send To: A valid email address to receive the logs;
Interval: It means how often you want to deliver the screenshot.
It will only send the last one of all screenshots captured during this interval, so we suggest you to set this interval value as one min ( the smallest effective value is 0.25 min) to avoid missing some important screenshots or too much delivery leading to delivery failure due to slow internet speed. And the repeated screenshots are ignored in the delivery.
Contents: Select the logs delivery content: only screenshots, keystroke, or both of them. The screenshots will be delivered at set interval, but the keystrokes will be sent to you after you boot/reboot your machine or apply new configuration every time in order to more effectual monitoring.
Subject: The subject of logs which are delivered.
Clear All Logs of the Local Machine after Sending Email: Check this to delete all logs including screenshot and keystroke from the local machine after sending email
Send From Configuration
There are two choices for you here. You can choose the default outbox configuration or configure your “Send From”.
If you choose default outbox, you need only check the option of “Use Default Outbox Configuration” without any other configuration. And the logs will automatically be sent to the specified inbox in background at the set intervals. We don't recommend it because too many people use the default outbox may lead to unsteadiness or abnormal situations in the delivery.
If you want to custom your “Send From”, you need to make following configurations.
Send From: A valid email address to send the logs;
Smtp Host: The mail server of “Send From”; for example: smtp.aol.com;
Username: The user login name of “Send From” email. Some of them are the entire “Send From” email address; the others are only the username of the email address.
Password: The login password of “Send From” email address;
Port: The port number of “Smtp Host”; every SMTP server has own port number. For example: the SMTP server port number of AOL mail is 587.
AOL mail is the best choice in this program, the “Send From” configuration of AOL mail is following:
Send From: your_aolmail_username@aol.com (Fill in your valid aolmail address)
Smtp Host: smtp.aol.com
Username: your_aolmail_username@aol.com (the same as Send From)
Password: your alomail password.
Port: 587 (SMTP server port number of AOL mail)
Note: If you have no your aolmail account yet, please visit the site: www.aol.com to sign up first. It is Free!
Test Email Settings
After the setting, you can click the button labeled “Test Email Settings” to test your settings. If the test is successful, you will see a confirmation notice window; if not, you should read the help file carefully and check your settings.
